Privacy policy
We only process what we need for your account and the MajsterDesk app to work. We don’t sell anything, we don’t track you and we don’t use cookies.
This is an English translation provided for convenience. If it differs from the Slovak version, the Slovak version applies.

We have not appointed a data protection officer (DPO) because the law does not require us to. Contact us directly at the email above about anything.
What data we process and why

When you create an account, we receive a notification with your email, language and the time of registration (through Netlify Forms) so we know about new users. Creating an account is voluntary. Without an email and password, however, you can’t sign in to the app. We don’t use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.
Who we share data with
We don’t sell your data or share it for advertising. Only these processors, with whom we have a data processing agreement, help us handle it:
- Netlify, Inc., 101 2nd Street, San Francisco, CA 94105, USA – hosting of the website and the app. Data is transferred to the USA. Netlify takes part in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and also uses the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
- Supabase, Inc., USA – the app’s database and sign-in. Data is stored on a server in the EU (Frankfurt, Germany). Supabase uses the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
- The provider of our mailbox – email communication.
Cookies and tracking
This website uses no cookies and no analytics or advertising tools. When you sign in to the app, your browser remembers your sign-in, language and appearance so you don’t have to sign in again every time. This is necessary for the app to work, which is why there is no cookie consent banner. The demos on the website run only in your browser and nothing from them is sent anywhere.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- know what data we hold about you and get a copy (Art. 15),
- have it corrected (Art. 16) or erased (Art. 17),
- restrict its processing (Art. 18),
- receive it in a common machine-readable format (Art. 20),
- object to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 21),
- withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawing doesn’t affect what we did with the data before (Art. 7(3)).
Just write to info@majsterdesk.sk. We’ll reply without undue delay and within one month at the latest.
If you think we handle your data incorrectly, you can complain to the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic (Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov SR), Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava 27, dataprotection.gov.sk.
